Hello, My name is Kadie Jillson and I am a freshman here at UNE. I am from a very small town in New Salem Massachusetts. My major is dental hygiene and my favorite subject in school is English. Some of my hobbies are skiing, playing basketball and field hockey, spending time with friends and family and going to the beach. I have two older sisters who I am very close with. I also have two dogs, a German shepherd and a chihuahua. Weird mix, I know, but they surprisly get along very well.
I never really minded writing papers but of course it all depended on the topic. Writing about what interests me makes a difference with my performance of how my papers come out. Writing papers for an English class I enjoy a lot more then I do writing a paper for a science lab class. I like interesting topics or given a broad topic that we can go off with about anything.
My philosophy on learning is that it is very important and something everyone should strive for. To me learning is all about the reflection of your growth and development you receive throughout a class. You are going to make mistakes, take some risks and learn from all of this.
